So how did I end up here, writing a blog about a plant based diet? I started eating a vegetarian diet in 2008 and in 2010 I removed all other animal products from my diet. In 2011 I also removed gluten. So with all of those restrictions, people would often ask me, well what does that leave you to eat? Well, I eat plants!
I eat a plant based, whole foods, gluten free diet that consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and legumes.
